If a favourite item or your latest cool discovery is missing from ciao.co.uk, you can instantly suggest it with the help of the new feature. It’s easier than ever for Ciao users to be the first to share personal experiences and knowledge of all the things that matter to them with fellow community members, whether it’s a just-purchased digital camera or a lovely restaurant discovered on a recent trip to Rome.

The first review can be posted as soon as the suggestion has been submitted, offering a faster interaction between the consumer and the Ciao community.

The first review for each new product will be rewarded by Ciao with an added points bonus as well as more visibility for that person’s reviews within the Ciao community. This incentive, combined with the improved usability, ensures that consumers will get more relevant advice from the Ciao community members and will be able to access even more of the latest and best solutions for any purchasing or leisure decision.
